Is this safe? Can you get into my computer without my knowledge or permission?
Yes, this is completely safe. All communications between your computer and our technicians are secured and private. The connection is secured using 128 bit SSL encryption and there are no configuration changes made to your computer. We do not collect any information from your PC and we cannot get into your PC without your permission. YOU are the only one who can start a Remote Support session, and once the session is complete, our software is completely removed from your PC.

As long as your PC is using Windows 98SE or newer and you have a working high-speed Internet connection, you are eligible. Don't worry if you aren't sure - when you call to schedule your Remote Support, we'll ask you a few questions to make sure your PC qualifies!
My computer is behind a firewall or my IP Address is private, will it still work?
Yes! Since the connection is initiated by you, the customer, we don't have to have access to your network in order to help you with your support issue. With our Remote Support System, you are in control! Your IP Address is not recorded, and once the session is completed we can not get onto your computer again unless you initiate another session.
How does it work?
You simply phone us on 087 17 16 14 21 or to schedule an appointment time. Your technician will walk you through the simple connection process and then take control of your keyboard and mouse to begin fixing your problems. You will be able to watch your technician work live on your PC.You can choose to remain on the phone with your technician while your work is completed, or you can simply go back to enjoying your day while we work and we'll call you back to let you know when the work is done - it couldn't be easier!
If you are not one of our contract holders simply go to our shop and buy a remote session.
