I have been using Coastal Computer Services since they established their excellent contract system, and am very satisfied with the service they provide. The elements in the service which appeal to me are accessibility, reliability and speed of response. I have the option of predefined callouts as specified in the package, which is helpful if there are problems, but they are extremely helpful over the telephone or by e-mail if there is a small issue that I can't solve by myself. A great feeling of security comes from being able to use their facility for 'reading'problems by looking into my computer and sorting them out, something I've not encountered before (remote support), a real plus. Considering what is provided, I find the service so far reasonably priced, and served up with skill, speed and a smile!
